The electrostatic generator is usually shipped in a gray transport box. A return label is enclosed for you to use when returning the box to us.
We charge a deposit of €340 for the transport box. This invoice will be canceled as soon as we receive the returned transport box.
For shipments outside of Europe, we use specially made disposable crates. We charge an additional €130 for packaging these crates, on top of the order total displayed in the shop.
