Aluminum disc (d: 28.5 cm) with 200 teeth on a solid flywheel; roller-bearing axle with short crank for high speeds; fully assembled on glued solid wood panel.
The large perforated disc can also be mounted on the flywheel.

A sound is generated by rotating and stopping a piece of cardboard (e.g. playing card); Pitch can be compared to a tuning fork, the number of teeth per second gives the tuning fork frequency.
